A Baguette A Day

What’s a girl supposed to do with 200 international students, 10 different courses, a baguette a day, unlimited barrels of Alsatian wine, and plenty of vive la républiques to last me a lifetime? Eat more baguettes, I suppose.

This past year, I’ve been teaching English at the University of Strasbourg in France, where I get to concept and create my own class material for students from all over the world, ranging from the study of female villains in the media to comedy writing and performance (check out some of my standup here). Now that I’m back home in the land of NYC bagels and pizza, I’m excited to dive pen-first into my American roots (however, I’m still feeling quite French for the moment).
